From a report to a next action.

Interpretation is not reading page numbers aloud, and it is not a substitute for diagnosis, counselling or an admissions decision.

A four-box learning record

  1. Observe. Write this-paper facts: which dimension was weak, which items missed expectation, whether the data were complete.
  2. Goal. One goal that can be seen in two weeks. Avoid “gain 20 points” or “guarantee admission”.
  3. Action. Behaviour, frequency, materials, owner, stop rule.
  4. Review. Two weeks on process evidence; eight weeks on whether the goal should change. If evidence is thin, shrink the action.

The Chinese academy pages remain the full curriculum: 56-hour L1 interpreter path, four independent assessments, 24-hour trainer track. Certificate scope is a product credential, not a national vocational licence.
